You may contact your closer or the customer service department for quotes on purchases over 1 million, reissue rates based on prior title evidence, cash transactions, Jr. Policy costs, O&E's, commercial title insurance rates, and Wisconsin fees. Title insurance rates are filed with the State of Minnesota and represent the rates of our underwriter, Chicago Title Insurance Company.
